Керуючись п.4. ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", з метою забезпечення виконання договору та за взаємною згодою, Сторони вирішили укласти Додаткову угоду до Договору від 03.07.2017р. № 591-11-2017 про наступне:
1. Пункт 5.2. Договору від 03.07.2017р. № 591-11-2017 викласти в новій редакції:"
"Строк надання послуг, визначається Календарним планом (додаток №2 Договору), що є невід'ємною частиною Договору та є наступним:
Перший етап - липень 2017;
Другий етап - вересень 2017;
Третій етап - січень 2018.
2. В пункті 10.1 Договору від 03.07.2017р. № 591-11-2017 слова "до 31.12.2017" читати "31.03.2018".
