Про укладання договору постачання природного газу без застосування електронної системи. По причині того, що тендер на закупівлю природного газу на 2021 рік UA-2021-01-11-001761-a не відбувся в зв`язку з поданням для участі в торгах менше двох тендерних пропозицій, друга процедура призначена на 19 лютого 2021 року UA-2021-01-27-004260-b. Обсягу, який зазначений в договорі про закупівлю , достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі , що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в початковому договорі , укладеному в попередньому році, в зв`язку з низькими температурами повітря не вистачає до завершення другої процедури закупівлі і укладання договору з новим постачальником. Тому прийняте рішення про укладання прямої угоди до 50 тисяч грн. без застосування електронної системи на цей період.
