З моменту проведення аукціону середньоринкова ціна на газ зросла, що підтверджується довідкою Тернопільської торгово-промислової палати № О-621/01 від 21.09.2020 року. На підставі вищенаведеного Постачальник за Договорм піднімає ціну на природний газ на 10% з 01 вересня 2020 року.

Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order

Сторони, керуючись Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі", вирішили продовжити дію Договору на строк по 28 лютого 2021 року (достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку) 2. Всі інші умови договору залишаються без змін. 3. Дана додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін, які мають однакову юридичну силу, набуває чинності з дати її підписання Сторонами і поширює свою дію на відносини Сторін, що склалися з 01 січня 2021 року.
