Керуючись п.п. 9.1.3. п. 9.1. Розділу 9. «Зміна умов Договору» договору підряду від 08.11.2018 № 969 (далі - Договір) та п. 4 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», продовжити термін виконання робіт до 31 березня 2020 року, при цьому сума визначена в Договорі не збільшиться.

Ціна договору розрахована згідно ДСТУ Б.Д.1.1-1:2013 «Правила визначення вартості будівництва» та становить: Вартість робіт без ПДВ: 22 863 069,10 грн. Сума ПДВ: 0 грн. 0 коп. Загальна вартість робіт з ПДВ: 22 863 069 ,10 грн. В тому числі: вартість робіт, виконаних у 2018р.–2 704 350,41 грн; вартість робіт, виконаних у 2019р.–19 782 910,78 грн; вартість робіт, виконаних у 2020р.– 375 807,91 грн.
