Реквізити сторін не є істотними умовами договору в розумінні ст. 638 ЦК України та ст. 180 ГК України. Обмеження, передбачені ч.4. ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» не застосовуються у випадку внесення змін до договору в частині реквізитів сторін.
