1. У зв'язку з підвищенням ціни на продукцію харчової промисловості – «Фрукти та ягоди заморожені», що підтверджено копією Експертного висновку Чернігівської регіональної торгово-промислової палати № ЧК – 312 від 20.09.2022, на підставі протоколу № 85 щодо прийняття рішення уповноваженою особою від 27.09.2022, Сторони домовились внести зміни в ціну товару, зазначеного у специфікації (Додаток 1 до Договору), не більше як на 10 відсотків, при цьому сума Договору залишається без змін. 2. Додаток 1 «Специфікація» та Додаток 3 «Технічні, якісні та кількісні характеристики предмета закупівлі» до Договору викласти у новій редакції, що додається, у відповідності до пункту 1 Додаткової угоди.
