Відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24.02.2022 № 64/2022 "Про введення воєнного стану в Україні", у зв'язку з військовою агресією Російської Федерації проти України, Сторони домовились:
1.Змінити ціну Договору виклавши наступне: "Ціна цього Договору становить 33198184 грн. 70 коп., у т. ч. ПДВ - 2729974 грн.14 коп., а саме : 2022 рік - 19570952 грн. 00 коп., у т. ч. ПДВ - 1610689 грн. 35 коп.; 2023 рік - 13627232 грн. 70 коп. у т. ч. ПДВ - 1119284 грн. 79 коп.
2.Продовжити строк виконання робіт з моменту укладання Договору до 31 грудня 2023 року.

ПДВ-2729974 грн.14 коп., а саме:2022 рік - 567 206 грн. 17коп., у т. ч. ПДВ - 46682 грн. 85коп.; 2023 рік -32 630 978 грн. 53 коп. у т. ч. ПДВ -3 540 331грн. 72 коп. 2. Внести зміни до Календарного графіку виконання робіт (Додаток 2), де зазаначена послідовна кількість днів виконання робіт від дати початку.
