У зв’язку з зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, сторони дійшли згоди розділі 3 «Ціна договору» пункт 3.1 викласти в наступній редакції: зменшити ціну договору на 0,55 грн. (нуль грн. 55 коп.). Загальна сума договору становить 5543,45 грн. ( п’ять тисяч п’ятсот сорок три гривні 45 копійок). 2. Дія цієї додаткової угоди поширюється на правовідносини та зобов'язання сторін, які виникли з дати набуття чинності цього договору і вважаються продовженими до 31.12.2021 року. 3. Решта умов договору залишаються незмінними і обов'язковими до виконання сторонами. 4. Додаткова угода № 3 складена у двох примірниках, по одному для кожної із сторін, які мають однакову юридичну силу і є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
