Згідно пп. 1 п. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» за № 922-VIІІ від 25.12.2015р. зі змінами (далі – Закон), по вимогам якого був укладений та діє Договір, Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяги закупівлі з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Споживача.Згідно п. 6 ст. 41 Закону, Сторони домовилися продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, а саме до 28.02.2022р.
