1. Сторони дійшли згоди викласти пункт 4.1,1. розділу IV «Ціна, порядок проведення розрахунків» у наступній редакції:
«4.1.1. Загальна вартість Договору складається з місячних сум вартості фактично поставлених обсягів газу Споживачеві, згідно актів приймання-передачі, складених Сторонами пр строку дії Договору та складає 846314,33 гри, крім того ПДВ 169262,87 грн., всього з ПДВ 1 015 577,20 грн. (один мільйон п'ятнадцять тисяч п’ятсот сімдесят сім гри. 20 коп.), згідно актів приймання-передачі, складених Сторонами протягом строку дії Договору.»
