Абзац 3 пункту 3.1 розділу 3 «Ціна договору» викласти в новій редакції: Фінансування робіт буде проводитись за рахунок коштів субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам на реалізацію проектів з реконструкції, капітального ремонту приймальних відділень в опорних закладах охорони здоров’я у госпітальних округах (спеціальний фонд, бюджет розвитку). Замовник бере на себе фінансові зобов’язання лише після надходження відповідних коштів на його рахунок.
