Керуючись положеннями частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони погодили продовження строку дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, а саме до 31.03.2024 (з урахуванням часу, необхідного для проведення взаєморозрахунків), визначивши при цьому наступний період надання послуг: січень-лютий 2024 року.
Обсяг відходів, операції з поводження з якими здійснює Виконавець за цим Договором у період січень-лютий 2024 року складає126 тон
