Note:
1. Сторони погодились викласти п. 4.1. Договору № 25 від 28.08.2020 р. в новій редакції, наступного змісту:
«Замовник на підставі Постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019 р. № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» здійснює передоплату у розмірі 30% від договірної ціни, яка складає 193 500,00 (сто дев’яносто три тисячі п’ятсот гривень 00 коп.) протягом двадцяти робочих днів з моменту укладення договору. Виконавець протягом 10 днів з дня отримання передплати зобов’язаний надати Замовнику звіт щодо використання передплати на закупівлю обладнання та матеріалів, необхідних для виконання робіт за цим договором з одночасним наданням документів, які підтверджують вартість придбаного обладнання, матеріалів та надати Замовнику акт виконаних робіт, що підтверджують використання отриманої попередньої оплати. У разі не використання коштів передплати Підрядник повинен повернути їх на рахунок Замовника не пізніше 1 місяця з дня отримання попередньої оплати».
