1. У зв’язку зі зміною найменування Підрядника та внесеним відповідних змін до Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань, в преамбулі та в тексті Договору № 14 Т від 05.03.2020, а також в додатках до нього найменування «Приватне акціонерне товариство «Хмельницьке шляхово-будівельне управління № 56» замінити на «Акціонерне товариство «Ю АР ДІ УКРАЇНСЬКІ ДОРОГИ» у відповідних відмінках. 2. У зв’язку із зміною реквізитів Підрядника, Сторони прийшли до взаємної згоди внести зміни до Договору № 14 Т від 05.03.2020 року, а саме місцезнаходження Підрядника в розділі ХVI «Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити Сторін» викласти в наступній редакції: «29016, м. Хмельницький, вул. Геологів, буд. 2-Е.».
