Note:
Відповідно до п.1 ч.4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» зі змінами (зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника), Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору, виклавши їх в наступній редакції:
- Викласти специфікацію (Додаток 1) до договору № 26 від «04» березня 2019 року в новій редакції (Додається).
- «3.1.Ціна цього Договору становить: 2 603 628,69 (два мільйони шістсот три тисячі шістсот двадцять вісім гривень 69 коп.) з ПДВ.
2. Керуючись п.8 частини 4 та частиною 5 статті 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» зі змінами та п.10.2 Договору, сторони домовились внести зміни до договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти № 26 від «04» березня 2019 року та викласти п.10.1 в наступній редакції:
«10.1. Цей Договір вступає в дію з моменту його підписання та діє до 31 березня 2020 року, але в будь якому випадку до повного виконання сторонами взятих на себе зобов’язань відповідно до цього Договору.»
