Керуючись пунктом 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про Публічні закупівлі» № 922– VIII від 25 грудня.2015р. дійшли згоди, продовжити дію договору про закупівлю на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному у попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету, затверджено в установленому порядку.
