Оплата вартості послуги з розподілу природного газу за цим Договором здійснюється Споживачем, який не є побутовим, на умовах попередньої оплати протягом 10 днів до початку розрахункового періоду, на підставі рахунка Оператора ГРМ відповідно Постанови КМУ від 04 грудня 2019 року № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти.
Розрахунковим періодом за цим Договором є календарний місяць. Розмір попередньої оплати складає 100% від місячного обсягу розрахункового періоду.
Акт наданих послуг надається Споживачу до 10 числа місяця, наступного за звітним.
