на підставі п.1 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" сума Договору зменшується на 2000,00 грн. (Дві тисячі грн. 00 коп.) з відповідним зменшенням обсягів закупівлі. Сума Договору фактично становить 513800,00 грн. (П'ятсот тринадцять тисяч вісімсот грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ в кількості 165209 кВт*год. Відповідно до п.2 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" кількість обсягів закупівлі зменшується за рахунок збільшення ціни за одиницю товару в межах 10%.

керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару - 3,16914 грн. за 1 кВт*год. з ПДВ не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв'язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору; керуючись п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, сума Договору зменшується на 150 000,00 грн. з відповідним зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, сума Договору фактично становить 363 800,00 грн. з ПДВ в кількості 114 794 кВт*год.
