Note:
1. Згідно пункту 4.4. Договору було складено усі сплачені кошти.
2. Пункт 4.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: "Загальна вартість ПРОДУКЦІЇ по Договору – 2 216 274,48 грн. (два мільйони двісті шістнадцять тисяч двісті сімдесят чотири гривні 48 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 369 379,08 грн. (триста шістдесят дев’ять тисяч триста сімдесят дев’ять гривень 08 коп.)"
3. п.12.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: « Термін дії даного Договору встановлений з моменту підписання до 31 березня 2022 року.»
4. Дана додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору №26/2020 від 18 червня 2020 року.
5. Всі інші положення Договору №26/2020 від 18 червня 2020 року залишаються без змін.
6. Дана додаткова угода складена в двох примірниках, що є ідентичними та мають однакову юридичну силу, один примірник для ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА, інший для ПОКУПЦЯ.
