1.У зв’язку із зменшення обсягів закупівлі, на підставі п.1 ч. 4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору №15 від 02 березня 2018 року, зменшивши суму договору на 40 368,51 грн. (Сорок тисяч триста шістдесят вісім гривень 51 копійка), в тому числі: ПДВ - 6 728,09 грн. (Шість тисяч сімсот двадцять вісім гривень 09 копійок):
1.1. Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції, а саме: «Ціна цього Договору становить: 199 013,49 грн. (Сто дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч тринадцять гривень 49 копійок), в тому числі: ПДВ – 33 168,92 грн. (Тридцять три тисячі сто шістдесят вісім гривень 92 копійки)».
