1. 1. Згідно п.п. 10.3. Договору та відповідно до ч.5 статті 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIIІ «Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку» Сторони домовились внести зміни до п.п. 10.1 Договору на закупівлю код 15540000-5 Сирні продукти (сирок солодкий,сир твердий, сир кисломолочний) від 03 березня 2017р. № 8 сторони вирішили подовжити дію даного договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року - до 31.03.2018р.
