Відповідно до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (у редакції, що введена в дію 19.04.2020, підстава – 114-IX), підпункту 1 пункту 19 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» від 12.10.2022 № 1178, підпункту 1 пункту 13.1. Договору про закупівлю товару №УПЦ(О)-104/2024/160 від 15.08.2024 (далі – Договір) та пункту 1.2. та 1.3. Договору, Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору, а саме: зменшити обсяги закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Покупця.
