У зв’язку з необхідністю проведення Замовником на початку 2018 року процедури закупівлі, керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” № 922-VIII від 25.12.2015 та п.8.4. Договору про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти від 20.02.2017 року №132 (далі – Договір), сторони вносять наступні зміни та доповнення до діючого між ними Договору, про те, що дія Договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, укладеному у 2017 році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. 1. Загальна сума Додаткової угоди складає 89 329,24 грн.
