У зв’язку із продовженням терміну дії Договору, керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору № 259 від 31.08.2022 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% від суми, визначеної в початковому договорі, укладеному в 2021 році, на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року.
Ціна додаткової угоди складає 27333,52 грн. (Двадцять сім тисяч триста тридцять три гривні 52 копійки) в т.ч. ПДВ – 4555,59 грн.
