Відповідно до пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами та доповненнями) для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму Договору на 118428 грн. 65 коп. (Сто вісімнадцять тисяч чотириста двадцять вісім грн. 65 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 19738 грн. 11 коп.: лот 1 - 84541 грн. 85 коп. (вісімдесят чотири тисячі п'ятсот сорок одна грн. 85 коп.) що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в цьому Договорі та внести зміни до п. 3.1. Договору.
