Note:
1.Пункт 1.3. Розділу 1 Договору поставки № 07-124-18 від 01.03.2018 року "Предмет договору" викласти в наступній редакції:
"1.3. Ціна Договору визначається згідно оформлених Сторонами Специфікацій та орієнтовно складає 500 000,00 грн. ( п’ятсот тисяч гривень 00 копійок.), у тому числі ПДВ 83 333,33 грн. (вісімдесят три тисячі триста тридцять три грн. 33 копійки)."
2. Пункт 11.1. Розділу 11 Договору поставки № 07-124-18 від 01.03.2018р. "Термін дії договору" викласти в наступній редакції:
"11.1. Даний Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін і скріплення печатками та діє до 31 грудня 2019 року, але у будь-якому випадку, до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань."
3. Пункт 6.1. Розділу 6 Договору поставки № 07-124-18 від 01.03.2018р. "Порядок оплати" викласти в наступній редакції:
"6.1. Товар постачається за діючими на час поставки цінами та фіксується у документах, що засвідчують перехід права власності на Товар. В разі зміни ціни на Товар Постачальник зобов’язується повідомити Покупця не менше ніж за 5 (п’ять) діб до дня поставки, а Покупець при згоді сплатити за Товар по ціні зазначеній в рахунку-фактурі. У випадку зміни договірної ціни сторони вносять зміни шляхом обміну листами."
