Відповідно до п. 4.7 Договору, листа Замовника від 20.03.2025 №07-11/262 та листа Підрядника від 24.04.2025 року №69 з метою приведення документів до відповідності виконаних робіт, Сторони керуючись ч.1 ст. 651 ЦК України погодилися змінити ціну Договору в бік зменшення та внести зміни в Додаток №1 «Договірна ціна; локальний кошторис; підсумкова відомість ресурсів» та в Додаток №2 «Дефектний акт» до Договору, виклавши їх в новій редакції у формі додатку до Додаткової угоди.
