Note:
Сторони, керуючись п. п. 2 п. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.п. 3.4.; 3.5. та 3.6. Договору про закупівлю товарів № 9/03 від 06.03.2019 року, дійшли згоди щодо збільшення ціни за одиницю товару та зміни обсягу товару, у зв’язку з чим вирішили викласти Специфікацію (додаток №1 до Договору) у новій редакції. У зв’язку з збільшенням ціни за одиницю товару, що призвело до зменшення обсягів закупівлі, у зв’язку з чим зменшити суму договору на 0,55 грн. та п. 3.1 розділу «ІІІ Ціна Договору» викласти у наступній редакції.: «Ціна цього Договору становить: 90898,19 грн. (дев’яносто тисяч вісімсот дев’яносто вісім грн. 19 коп.) без ПДВ.». Відповідно до Постанови Національного банку України № 162 від 28.12.2018 року «Про затвердження міжнародного номера банківського рахунку (IBAN) в Україні» внести зміни до п. ХІІІ «Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити сторін»
