1. Виключити з Договору №1453/ЦВВ від 03.01.2020 року пункт: 9.3. Дія даного договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. 2. Пункт 1.3. Розділу 1 «Предмет договору» змінити, виклавши у новій редакції. Пункт 3.9 Розділу 3 «Облік та порядок оплати послуг» змінити, виклавши у новій редакції. 4. Пункт 3.11. Розділу 3 «Облік та порядок оплати послуг» виключити. Пункт 4.1.1., п.4.1.4, п.4.1.5, п. 4.4.2, п. 4.4.3 та п. 4.4.4 Розділу 4 «Права та обов'язки сторін» змінити, виклавши у новій редакції. Пункт 9.1., 9.3., 9.4., 9.5., 9.6., 9.7., Розділу 9 “Особливі умови та строк дії договору”. змінити, виклавши у новій редакції. Пункт 10.1., п.10.2., п.10.3., п. 10.4., п. 10.6. Розділу 10 «Інші умови» змінити, виклавши у новій редакції.
