Note:
Вартість послуг на грудень 2020 становить: за вивезення ТПВ 1169,17 грн. у тому числі ПДВ 194,86 грн., - за захоронения ТПВ 282,43 грн. у тому числі ПДВ 47,07 грн. Разом : 1451,60 грн. (Одна тисяча чотириста п’ятдесят одна грн. 60 коп.). Викласти в новій редакції пункт 2.3. Договору: «Загальна сума оплати за вивезення та захоронения ТПВ з 01.02.2020 р до 31.12.2020р. становить: за вивезення ТПВ 12860,87 грн. у тому числі ПДВ 2143,48 грн., - за захоронения ТПВ 3106,73 грн. у тому числі ПДВ 517,79 грн.. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та обов’язковими для виконання «Сторонами». Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами. Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід'ємною частиною Договору.
