Додатковою угодою від 30.12.2021 № 2 Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди та домовились внести зміни до Договору, а саме: 1. Змінити абзац 2 п. 1 розділу «Предмет договору» Договору, виклавши його у наступній редакції: «За цим договором Виконавець зобов’язується надавати Споживачу послугу з постачання теплової енергії для потреб опалення (далі - послуга) у період 2021 р. теплову енергію у кількості 39.51 Гкал. а Споживач зобов’язується своєчасно та в повному обсязі оплачувати надану послугу у строки і на умовах, що визначені цим Договором».2. Змінити абзац 5 п. 20 розділу «Ціна та порядок оплати послуги» Договору, виклавши його у наступній редакції: «Сума цього Договору становить 127633,54 грн. (Сто двадцять сім тисяч шістсот тридцять три гривні 54 копійки), у тому числі ПДВ 21272,26 грн. (Двадцять одна тисяча двісті сімдесят дві гривні 26 копійок)»

Сторони уклали цю додаткову угоду № 3 від 31.12.2021 про таке: 1. Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити строк дії Договору № 84000611 від 10.12.2021 року (далі - Договір) достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі послуг на 2022 рік та внести зміни до пункту 10.1 розділу 10 «Строк дії договору та особливі умови», виклавши його у наступній редакції: «Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та діє до 28 лютого 2022 року, а в частині взаєморозрахунків — до повного їх виконання Сторонами. Термін дії договору, а також певні його умови, можуть бути переглянуті за узгодженням Сторін на підставах та у відповідності до діючого законодавства України.»

Сторони уклали додаткову угоду від 04.01.2022 року № 4 про нижченаведене: 1. Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди внести зміни до істотних умов Договору № 84000611 від 10.12.2021 р. додавши до абзацу 6 пункту 35 розділу «Ціна та порядок оплати послуг, порядок та умови внесення змін до договору щодо ціни послуги» наступне речення: « Ціна цього Договору у січні - лютому 2022 року становить 25526,70 коп. (двадцять п'ять тисяч п'ятсот двадцять шість гривень 70 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 4254,45 грн.(чотири тисячі двісті п'ятдесят чотири гривні 45 копійок)». 2. Внести зміни до пункту 1 розділу «Предмет Договору», а саме додати наступне речення:« Очікуваний відпуск теплової енергії у січні - лютому 2022 року становить 3,913 Гкал.»
