У зв'язку з стрімким підвищенням ціни на ринку природного газу та згідно з листом Постачальника від 26.07.2021 №830 про неможливість постачати природний газ Споживачу за ціною визначеною в Договорі без нанесення йому значних збитків, керуючись ч. 1 ст. 652 Цивільного Кодексу України та п. 12.9 Розділу XII Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди розірвати Договір за згодою сторін з 02.08.2021.
