Сторони дійшли згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду до Договору про здійснення технічного нагляду № 171 від «13» жовтня 2023 року, про наступне:
1. Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору, а саме:
1.1. Пункт 3.5. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.5. Фінансування робіт здійснюється у 2023 році складає 0,00 грн., у 2024 році 5600,00 грн. та у 2025 році і складає 10 305,00 грн. за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету.»
1.2. Пункт 5.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«5.1. Договір набуває чинності з моменту підписання його сторонами і діє до 31.12.2025 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання сторонами взятих за даним Договором зобов’язань.»
