Note:
1. У відповідності до пункту 1 ч. 5 статті 41 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” Сторони дійшли згоди п. 3.1 розділу 3 Договору про закупівлю (постачання) електричної енергії викласти в наступній редакції: “Ціна Договору згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування на період з 01.01.2022 р. по 28.02.2022 р. становить 51639,66 (п’ятдесят одна тисяча шістсот тридцять дев’ять грн.66 коп.) гривень в тому числі ПДВ — 8606,61 (вісім тисяч шістсот шість грн. 61 коп.) гривень.”
2. Додаток № 1 до Договору про закупівлю (постачання) електричної енергії № 2-1232/21-1 від 06.05.2021 р. викласти у новій редакції, який є невід'ємною частиною Договору про закупівлю (постачання) електричної енергії№2-1232/21-1 від 06.05.2021 р.
3. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дати її підписання сторонами. Дія цієї додаткової угоди розповсюджується на відносини між сторонами, які виникли з 01.01.2022 року у відповідності до ч. З ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України.
4. Ця Додаткова угода укладена у двох оригінальних примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної зі Сторін.
5. Всі інші умови Договору про закупівлю (постачання) електричної енергії залишаються незміненими.
6. Ця Додаткова угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору про закупівлю (постачання) електричної енергії між Постачальником та Споживачем № 2-1232/21-1 від 06.05.2021 р.
