на підставі Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», керуючись пунктом 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктом 5.4.2 договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу № 90539 від «10» лютого 2021 року (далі-Договір) уклали дану додаткову угоду про внесення змін в Договір про таке: 1. Пункт 5.2. Договору викласти його в наступній редакції: «5.2. Ціна за 1 кВт.год електричної енергії за цим договором становить 3,24822 грн. без ПДВ, ПДВ - 0,649644 грн., разом з ПДВ 3,897864 грн. (три грн. 89,7864 коп.) та складається з: - закупівельної ціни на ринку електричної енергії; - регульованого тарифу на передачу електричної енергії, затвердженого у встановленому порядку - регульованого тарифу на розподіл електричної енергії, затвердженого у встановленому порядку - тарифу (маржі) постачальника електричної енергії.
