І. Пункт 2.1. Розділу 2. СТРОКИ ВИКОНАННЯ РОБІТ виклавши у новій редакції: 2.1. Строки початку та закінчення робіт: Строк виконання робіт: 07.08.2019 - 31.12.2024 року Генпідрядник розпочинає виконання робіт після укладання договору ІІ. пункт 3.1 розділу 3. ДОГОВІРНА ЦІНА виклавши у новій редакції: 3.1. Ціна цього Договору (договірна ціна) робіт визначається на основі кошторису та інших документів, пов'язаних із складанням і необхідних для визначення кошторисної вартості робіт та договірної ціни, що є невід’ємною частиною Договору (Додаток № 2), є динамічною та становить 39 827 825 грн. 96 коп. (тридцять дев’ять мільйонів вісімсот двадцять сім тисяч вісімсот двадцять п’ять гривень 96 копiйок) з ПДВ, в тому числі ПДВ 6 637 970 грн 99 коп. (шість мільйонів шістсот тридцять сім тисяч дев’ятсот сімдесят гривень дев’яносто дев’ять копійок), із них: - на 2019 рік – 6 353 632,28 грн. (Шість мільйонів триста п’ятдесят три тисячі шістсот тридцять дві гривні двадцять вісім копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 1 058 938, 71 грн. (Один мільйон п’ятдесят вісім тисяч дев’ятсот тридцять вісім гривень сімдесят одна копійка); - на 2020 рік – 11 774 293,79 гривень (Одинадцять мільйонів сімсот сімдесят чотири тисячі двісті дев’яносто три гривні сімдесят дев’ять копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ 1 962 382,30 грн (Один мільйон дев’ятсот шістдесят дві тисячі триста вісімдесят дві гривні тридцять копійок); - на 2021 рік – 11 029 024,18 грн (Одинадцять мільйонів двадцять дев’ять тисяч двадцять чотири гривні вісімнадцять копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ 1 838 170,70 (Один мільйон вісімсот тридцять вісім тисяч сто сімдесят гривень сімдесят копійок); - на 2022 рік – 0 грн. 00 коп. (0 гривень 00 копійок); - на 2023 рік – 847 697,17 грн (Вісімсот сорок сім тисяч шістсот дев’яносто сім гривень сімнадцять копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ 141 282,86 грн (Сто сорок одна тисяча двісті вісімдесят дві гривні вісімдесят шість копійок); - на 2024 рік – 9 823 178,54 грн (Дев’ять мільйонів вісімсот двадцять три тисячі сто сімдесят вісім гривень п’ятдесят чотири копійки) в т.ч. ПДВ 1 637 196,42 (Один мільйон шістсот тридцять сім тисяч сто дев’яносто шість гривень сорок дві копійки) Обсяги робіт можуть бути зменшені залежно від фактичного фінансування. ІІІ. Пункт 19.1 Розділу 19. СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ виклавши у новій редакції: 19.1. Цей Договір вважається укладеним з моменту його підписання Сторонами і скріплення підписів печатками і діє до 31.12.2024 року, а у частині розрахунків до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором.
