У зв'язку з коливанням ціни на електричну енергію на ринку «на добу наперед» (РДН) та внутрішньодобовому ринку (ВДР) України, що постачається за Договором № 37495925 від 30.12.2021р. про закупівлю електричної енергії (Експертний висновок Херсонської Торгово - промислової палати від 24 листопада 2021р. №Ве-453). Сторони з 01.11.2021р., дійшли згоди внести зміни до п.2.1. розд. 2, п.5.1. розд. 5 до Договору № 37495925 від 30.12.2020р. про закупівлю електричної енергії, а саме: Кількість: 20 744,075 кВт/год: Ціна за 1 кВт/год. електричної енергії за цим договором становить 3,57693 грн. без ПДВ, ПДВ 0,71538 грн., разом з ПДВ 4,29231 грн. (чотири гривні 29231 копійки)
