В зв'язку з реєстрацією Виконавця платником податку на додану вартість (Витяг № 1926594503113 від 01.11.2019 року, індивідуальний, податковий номер 431033226590) Сторони домовились викласти п. 3.1. Договору у наступній редакції: «3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить: 980000 грн. 00 коп. (Дев'ятсот вісімдесят тисяч грн. 00 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 163333 грн. 33 коп. (Сто шістдесят три тисячі триста тридцать три грн. 33 коп.). Загальна вартість Договору є фіксованою й не може бути змінена у бік її збільшення.» 2. У зв'язку із застосуванням п. 1 цієї Додаткової угоди та переходом на міжнародну систему банківських рахунків ІВАМ Сторони домовились викласти розділ XII Договору «МІСЦЕЗНАХОДЖЕННЯ ТА БАНКІВСЬКІ РЕКВІЗИТИ СТОРІН» у новій редакції. (відповідно до змісту Додаткової угоди №1 від 07.11.2019р., долученої до повідомлення у сканованому вигляді)
