1. П. 3.1. розділу «3. ДОГОВІРНА ЦІНА» викласти в наступні й редакції: «3.1. Договірна ціна складає: а) Сума без ПДВ: 5 367 804,36 грн. (п’ять мільйонів триста шістдесят сім тисяч вісімсот чотири грн. 36 коп.); б) ПДВ у сумі 1 073 560,87 грн. (один мільйон сімдесят три тисячі п’ятсот шістдесят грн. 87 коп.); Разом (сума рядків а і б): 6 441 365,23 грн. (шість мільйонів чотириста сорок одна тисяча триста шістдесят п’ять грн. 23 коп.); Договірна ціна є додатком (Додаток №1) до цього Договору.» 2. П. 18.1 розділу «18. СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» викласти в наступній редакції: «Цей договір вважається укладеним після підписання Сторонами і набирає чинності з моменту отримання резолюції ЄІБ «без заперечень» і діє до 31.12.2020 року, а у частині виконання зобов’язань Сторін – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором». 3.
