Відповідно до п. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» пункт 10.1. розділу 10 даного договору викласти у наступній редакції: «10.1. Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання його сторонами і діє до 31 березня 2021 року». Сторони погодились збільшити Суму Договору №4997 від 04.12.2020р. на суму, що не перевищує 20% від суми договору, а саме на 19200грн, після чого сума загальна сума договору №4997 від 04.12.2020р. становить: 115 200.00грн з ПДВ
