Керуючись пунктом 1 ч. 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII (зі змінами), ст.ст. 651, 654 Цивільного кодексу України та п. 12.3 Договору № 41SB617-1117-20/41т-20 на постачання природного газу (установи і організації, що фінансуються з державного та місцевого бюджетів) від 28.12.2020 року Сторони домовились про наступне. У зв’язку з нестабільною економічною ситуацією в країні та стрімким зростанням ціни на природний газ, що призводить до неможливості подальшого виконання зобов’язань постачальником сторони дійшли взаємної згоди розірвати Договір № 41SB617-1117-20/41т-20 від 28.12.2020.
