У зв’язку з уточненням даних та виробничою необхідністю «Замовника», керуючись п. 9.1. даного Договору та відповідно до частини 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в 2020 році, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у даному Договорі, та внести відповідні зміни до Договору. При цьому сума зобов’язань на 2020 рік та сума закупівлі послуги, що підлягає поставці у 2020 році по даній Додатковій угоді становить 37800,00 грн. (Тридцять сім тисяч вісімсот гривень 00 коп.), без ПДВ.
