Note:
1. Сторони у зв’язку із відсутністю коштів для фінансування витрат Замовника домовились внести зміни до п.3.1 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Загальна ціна цього Договору становить: 185 500,00 (сто вісімдесят п’ять тисяч п’ятсот гривень,00 коп.) без ПДВ. До вартості договору включена вартість транспортування (доставку), навантаження, розвантаження, страхування, сплату податків, зборів, обов’язкових платежів тощо.
- Оплата за Договором у 2021 році становить 0,00 грн (нуль грн 00 коп.).
- Оплата за Договором, що підлягає у 2022 році становить 185 500,00 (сто вісімдесят п’ять тисяч п’ятсот гривень,00 коп.) без ПДВ.
2. Пункт 10.1 розділу 10 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 28 лютого 2022 року але в будь-якому разі до його повного виконання Сторонами.»
