Враховуючи п.4 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», додаткову угоду №1 від 21.12.2021, внесено зміни до даного Договору: «Капітальний ремонт приміщень у будівлі Франківської районної адміністрації на вул. Генерала Т.Чупринки,85 (капітальний ремонт приміщень кабінетів №201,203,204,205,206)» про наступне:
Викласти в новій редакції п.2 розділу Ціна договору:
п. 2.1. Ціна цього договору становить 209173,00 грн (двісті дев’ять тисяч сто сімдесят три гривні 00 коп), без ПДВ.
п.2.2. Зменшити видатки передбачені на оплату робіт у 2021 році в сумі 209173,00 грн (двісті дев’ять тисяч сто сімдесят три гривні 00 коп), без ПДВ.
п.2.3. Сума, яка підлягатиме виконанню наступному бюджетному періоді становитиме
209173,00 грн (двісті дев’ять тисяч сто сімдесят три гривні 00 коп), без ПДВ за умови виділення фінансування Замовнику.
Інші умови вищевказаного Договору, не змінені цим Додатковим договором, залишаються чинними у тій редакції, в якій вони викладені Сторонами раніше, і Сторони підтверджують їх обов’язковість для себе.
Додатковий договір є невід’ємною частиною Договору №158 від 13.12.2021 року.
