Технічна помилка була допущена уповноваженою особою. Зокрема помилково було обрано не вірний рік у кінцевій даті договору №18-1034/21-БО-Т від 04 листопада 2021р. Необхідна кінцева дата має бути змінено на 31 грудня 2022 року згідно даного договору,керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі»,а саме статтею 41 частиною 5 пунктом 4 (продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та строку виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю)
