1.Замовник та Учасник, у зв’язку із зменшенням обсягу закупівель, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника, погодилися зменшити ціну Договору про закупівлю послуг з харчування дітей, які потерпіли від Чорнобильської катастрофи, за державні кошти від 11 лютого 2019 р. № 14 (далі Договір) на суму 1224946,50 грн., відповідно внести зміни до Додатку 1 до Договору та викласти пункт 3.1 розділу III Договору в наступній редакції: 3.1. Розрахункова ціна цього Договору становить 30419504,75 грн. (Тридцять мільйонів чотириста дев'ятнадцять тисяч п’ятсот чотири гривні 75 копійок) без ПДВ. Розрахунок ціни Договору наведено у Додатку 1 до цього Договору.
