Note:
1. Керуючись пунктом 1 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та умовами Договору, Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, пропорційно зменшивши загальну ціну електричної енергії на 10 498,45 грн. (десять тисяч чотириста дев’яносто вісім гривень 45 копійок) з ПДВ, у зв'язку із чим внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1.1. Внести зміни до абзацу 1 пункту 5.4. Договору, виклавши його у наступній редакції:
«5.4. Ціна електричної енергії за цим Договором визначена відповідно до Специфікації Товару (Додаток 2 до цього Договору), з урахуванням суми очікуваної вартості обсягів постачання електричної енергії протягом періоду, вказаного у пункті 2.2 цього Договору, та становить: 725 198,58 грн. (сімсот двадцять п’ять тисяч сто дев’яносто вісім гривень 58 копійок), крім того ПДВ 145 039,72 (сто сорок п’ять тисяч тридцять дев’ять гривень 72 копійки), всього з ПДВ – 870 238,30 (вісімсот сімдесят тисяч двісті тридцять вісім гривень 30 копійок), у тому числі:
Загальний фонд 870 238,30 грн., враховуючи ПДВ 145 039,72 грн.».
1.2. Внести зміни до абзацу 1 пункту 2.2. Договору, виклавши його у наступній редакції:
«2.2. Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період до 31.12.2021 року становить 404 762 кВт*год та відповідає очікуваному обсягу закупівлі послуг з розподілу електричної енергії у оператора системи».
