1. Внести зміни до п 3.1. Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції: Ціна цього договору становить 863189,42 грн без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ сумою 172637,88, разом з ПДВ 1035827,30 грн, в тому числі: загальний фонд 1032700,00 грн з ПДВ, спеціальний фонд 3127,30 грн з ПДВ.
2. Внести зміни до п. 1.3. Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції: "Теплова енергія поставляється Замовнику у кількості 570,8 Гкал, згідно з Додатком 1 до цього договору."
2. Викласти Додаток №1 у новій редакції, що додається.
