У зв’язку зі зміною тарифу на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП від 26.08.2025 № 1335 «Про внесення змін до постанови НКРЕКП» від 19 грудня 2024 року № 2216, керуючись пп. 7 п.19 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, що затверджені постановою КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178 та умовами пп. 7 п. 13, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору.
