Відповідно до пункту 10.5. розділу 10. «Дія договору та порядок внесення змін», Сторони домовились внести зміни до п.5.1. розділу 5. «Надання послуг» та п.10.1. розділу 10. «Дія договору та порядок внесення змін» та викласти у новій редакції: 5.1. Термін надання послуг складає: - початок: дата підписання договору - закінчення: 31.03.2022р. 10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання і діє до 31.03.2022р., а в частині оплати – до повного виконання зобов’язань.

Відповідно до пункту 10.5. розділу 10. «Дія договору та порядок внесення змін», Сторони домовились збільшити суму договору на 293 358,00 грн., внести зміни до п.4.1. розділу 4. «Вартість надання послуг та порядок розрахунків» та викласти у наступній редакції: п.4.1. Сума договору складає – 1 760 152,00 гривень (Один мільйон сімсот шістдесят тисяч сто п’ятдесят дві грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ.
